Experienced Attorneys for Motor Vehicle Accident Cases
Many people first need an attorney when they become involved in a car accident — often suffering severe injuries or the death of a loved one. While victims suffer and grieve, insurance adjusters or their investigators are hard at work. These professionals take photographs, talk to witnesses, gather evidence and diagram the physical evidence at the scene.
It is often not until later that the victims realize that they need help. A good personal injury attorney knows the need for immediate action to “catch up” with what has happened since the accident. At Farese, Farese, & Farese, we have the knowledge, experience and skill to catch you up to speed quickly. Our experienced attorneys have achieved a record of success in personal injury cases.

Our Fee Arrangement in Personal Injury Cases
Clients involved in auto crashes rarely ever have the money to pay an attorney an hourly fee for his services. They can still get the legal help they need through a fee arrangement called a contingent fee. In this agreement, you agree that your attorney will receive a percentage of what is recovered. If your attorney does not recover any compensation for you, you owe nothing for attorney’s fees.
This type of agreement gives a financial incentive to your attorney to work diligently to resolve your car accident case favorably because the amount of the attorney’s fee depends upon the amount recovered for you.
